Music City Miata Club events are the foundation of the club activities. Having fun with our Miata’s is what we are all about. The entire membership is served by those members that accept the responsibility of sponsoring an event. This task may seam a bit too much for some but after doing an event or two the fears melt away and the fun begins. Members that have sponsored an event continue to do so over and over again.
The club is well served by having several first-time sponsors come forward and bring new, fresh events for us all to enjoy. To help members that are considering becoming an event sponsor there is help, just for the asking. Several experienced club event sponsors have come forward to form the Music City Miata Club “Mentor” team.
Any member of the club can draw on the experience of club “Mentors” to help get you started on the path of event sponsorship. Pull from the combined knowledge the club has developed over years to make your efforts come together for a fantastic club event. Club members that have sponsored 3 or more events, and have volunteered to help new people with events, may join the Music City Miata Club Mentor Team. Team members will be recognized by a “Mentor” name badge extender, having their name and contact info listed here and will receive one chance to receive rewards in the club Event Sponsor Rewards Program, for each event they help sponsor.
