Dec 12 — Governor’s Mansion Christmas Tour & Lunch

Governor Mansion1

December 12th

Tennessee Home for the Holidays

The Governor’s Mansion Holiday tour has become a wonderful Holiday tradition for the club.  Past tours have found the decorations done by local artists and organizations well worth the price of FREE.

We have reserved a block of 30 tickets for 11:00 AM on December 12th.  We’ll jump on the shuttle at 10:45 AM at the Woodmont Hills Church, 3710 Franklin Rd, Nashville, TN 37204  parking lot. Afterwards, true to MCMC protocol, we’ll go for lunch at the Tupelo Honey Café located at 2000 Meridian Blvd #110, Franklin, TN 37067 .  After lunch, some may want to do Christmas shopping in the Cool Springs area.

For tickets & the lunch tally, RSVP via dennyrowlett@hotmail.com or call/text 615-618-5403 by 12/10/19.  Please indicate first & last name for each person’s ticket as well an email address for the tickets.  I will email link to tickets, however, tickets are not required for entry as long as I have your name(s) on list submitted to security.

Happy Holidays!

Guests are invited to join Governor Bill Lee and First Lady Maria Lee in celebrating their first Christmas season at the Tennessee Residence with the home beautifully decorated for the holidays.

This year’s theme will showcase Songs of the Season where tour guests will enjoy festive decor throughout the historical Governor’s home artfully inspired by the classic carols of the most wonderful time of the year. Families, friends, school groups, tour groups and individuals are all welcome to register for a tour of Tennessee’s home that is sure to bring all the delight and merriment of the holiday season.

Want to help those in need this holiday season?

In the true spirit of the holiday season, the Lees are bringing a new tradition to the Tennessee Residence by way of collecting items for those in need. Donated items will benefit five nonprofits from across the state that work to serve at-risk youth, families, foster children, homeless and victims of abuse. Each nonprofit will be represented by a tree decorated in Conservation Hall, and donated items will be collected underneath the trees as a visible representation of the impact that generous Tennesseans will have this holiday season.

First Lady Maria Lee and her team will collect items throughout the holiday tour season at the Tennessee Residence. Items should NOT be wrapped. Monetary donations are NOT accepted.
