July 27 — Tech Day

Attention garage rats and wrench turners; it’s time for our next Garage Tech Day.  We’ll gather at the Gauvin’s place in Madison on Saturday, July 27 at 8 am. 

So far we have a set of Rear Brakes (Lois Matisak), Interior Body Panel Work (Ray Sawyer), Jump Fog Light Relay (Denny Rowlett), Serpentine Belt Replacement (David Gauvin) and a Possible Sway Bars Replacement (Mike Yarber). Radiator Replacement (Joel Araujo) Rear Trailing Link Replacement (Alan Osborne) Plus whatever someone else comes up with, wecan use a couple of more projects.  So, if you have a repair or modification that you’d like to demonstrate or need help with
, let David know ASAP, he will size up the project and if a go, you can acquire the necessary parts for the job, contact David Gauvin david@hardcastleconstruction.com or 615-351-2196. Steve Wright will be on site for autographs and courtesy vehicle inspections. 

Don’t be scared we have a great time working on cars and everyone learns in the process remember this is hands on if we work on your car you assist and assist with others cars. Even if you need nothing done it is a great time to see what others have done to their cars. Maybe it will give you ideas for your car. New Members are encouraged to attend makes a great meet and greet.

So, if you got a hankering to get your hands dirty; or maybe you want to see how it’s done;  or maybe you just don’t want to do yard work and would rather hang out with your buddies and talk about cars, then come and join us at the Gauvin’s place for Garage Tech Day.  Their address will be provided when you RSVP. There will be an ice chest with cokes and water but BYOB. We will have sandwiches on site. $3 per person.

Ladies are also welcome to join us. Please advise how many in your party plan to attend.
