APRIL CLUB GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED,
Our Next meeting is tentatively May 7, at the Sportsman’s Grille/Lodge, 1640 Westgate Circle, Brentwood, TN. We start gathering for lunch about 11 a.m. Meeting starts about noon.
Beforehand, come out to Cars & Coffee in the morning, sponsored by Ray Sawyer. If you’re a late sleeper, just join us for lunch.
The Cool Springs Cars & Coffee gatherings are every Saturday at the AMC Theater parking area in Cool Springs Franklin…but the first Saturday of the month is when the “exotics” come out. As in past months, we will be showing our Miatas and Ray and other members be there early to set up the booth and reserve spots for the show.
So do come, give them a hand, talk cars, browse the assortment of hot rods, classics, and who knows what. Hope you can join us!
Anyone who wants to show their Miata is welcome to do so. If so, do let Ray know at ray4421@att.net to save ya a spot, and he will relay the request to the setup crew.
Time: 8 AM -10:30 AM or until the last vehicle leaves
Location: 633 Frazier Drive, Franklin which is the AMC Thoroughbred 20 Theater Cool Springs.

Do note the Franklin Police have closed the north entrance by McDonald’s for traffic control. Enter the lot via the south entrance.
Refreshment opportunities: McDonald’s is to the right and Chick-fil-A is to the left of the lot or the Starbucks is across Cool Springs Blvd. (1/4 mile).
Monthly Club Meeting @ Sportsman’s Grille
Afterwards, stop in around the corner for our next Club meeting at the Sportsman’s Grille/Lodge, 1640 Westgate Circle, Brentwood, TN. We start gathering for lunch about 11 a.m. Meeting starts about noon. This is our second meeting at a new venue on a new day. We had a great crowd in September! Come check it out!
Housekeeping notes: Pick up your trash. Please leave the parking lot better than you found it or the gracious business owners will end this spontaneous gathering. Driving onto and exiting the parking lot – PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND RESPONSIBLY! Please enter the parking lot slowly, drive through the parking lot slowly and exit the parking lot slowly. Once you have left the parking lot and are on Frasier Drive, continue to drive appropriately. If you feel the “need for speed” and to “throttle up”, please at least wait till you are a mile away from the parking lot before you do anything. We do not want that activity to be associated with the Cars and Coffee event. There are POLICE present! NO BURNOUTS!
